LARP™ is a creative project about pretending, with a straight face. This policy tells you exactly what happens to the information you enter while you are here. Because even a joke should be honest about its data.

This site is a mock experience. It does not run a real business, does not collect money, and does not store your data on any server. What you enter stays in your own browser.

Only what you choose to type in:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• The membership plan you select (LARP, LARP+ or LARP Black)

That is all. We do not collect your address, payment details, device data, or location.

Your information is used for one purpose: to run the experience you asked for. Creating your member account, issuing your digital license, and remembering your membership level between visits.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Section 6) and the performance of the agreement between you and LARP™. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Doing so simply clears your local profile.

There are no servers, no data centres, and no databases. Your data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your own device, inside India or wherever you happen to be. We never transmit it anywhere.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third party. There are no advertisers, no analytics trackers, and no data brokers anywhere near this site.

As a data principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct or update it
• Request its erasure
• Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer

Since your data lives on your device, you can also simply clear your browser storage. The quickest possible erasure.

We use no cookies and no cross-site trackers. We only use browser local storage to remember your session and license within this single site.

We follow reasonable security practices as contemplated under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing for a third party to intercept.

This site is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
